VIDEO COMPETITION “YUK AWASI!”

“Yuk Awasi!” or “Let’s Watch!” is a short video competition organized by Pusat Telaah dan Informasi Regional (PATTIRO) as part of the Strengthen Integrity Accountability Program (SIAP) II.
The programs that should be monitor for this competition is:
1. Distribution of Subsidized Fertilizer (Penyaluran Pupuk Bersubsidi);
2. Distribution of BOS (Penyaluran BOS);
3. Distribution of Raskin (Penyaluran Raskin).

Terms & Condition:
1. The video should be maximum of 3 minutes duration with a good quality (ideal format: 720×576 pixels).
2. Participants are free to use any type of video camera.
3. Video contains the implementation of the Distribution of Subsidized Fertilizer, BOS and Raskin either success stories or irregularities that occur.
4. Video uploaded / posted on YouTube or Vimeo or Facebook with the following provisions in their respective social media.
5. Participants must be Fan of Pattiro’s Facebook “Yuk Awasi!” Fan Page and embed the video URL into the wall of this Fan Page.
6. Participants completed the competition registration form and send video “Yuk Awasi!”. The form can be downloaded at this link and send to the email address lombapattiro@yahoo.com by attaching a scanned / photo of ID card or driver’s license or passport or Student Card.
7. The video should be original made by participants who enter its URL into the Facebook Fan Page “Yuk Awasi!” and has never been aired on other media or opted for a kind of competition.
8. Video that aired not violate social norms and laws of the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia
9. Video should be delivered no later than 31st March 2012.

Criteria for Judging and Winners
The judges will determine the winner by considering:
1. The content / message on the video.
2. Technical aspect.
3. The number of “view” and “like”.

The jury’s decision is final.

Winners and Prizes
1 Best Video get one unit Netbook
1 2nd Best Video get an Android tablet computer unit.
5 3rd Best Video each have one unit of Android smart phones.
